Total tranquility in the heart of the rolling countryside, in a small rural hamlet nestled in the hollow of a delightful preserved rural setting of bocage, a stone's throw from a vast preserved forest massif (to be discovered during walks or mountain bike rides), overlooking the very nearby banks of the Loire, the "last wild river" in Europe, a protected natural site in a "Natura 2000 Zone" for the quality of its exceptional plant & animal biotope (fish, mammals, birds, amphibians, etc.), axis of migration, reproduction and nesting for many species including some very rare (Atlantic salmon, allis shad, sea lamprey or eel; waders, kingfisher, sand martin, European bee-eater, etc.).
