The Space:

Up the first flight of stairs is the home's main level, featuring both the chíc kitchen and comfortable, inviting main salon. The kitchen has been designed and furnished with care, built with a chef's range, exceptional space across the stone counters and a large, functional basin sink. Located just about 5 blocks northeast of Downtown, the neighborhood has a mixed, diverse feel to it—comprised of homes built around the turn of the twentieth century, it's a quiet, interesting area where the trees are big and mature, the streets are wide, and exceptional urban amenities can be accessed without the noise, traffic or crowds of an actual location in the city. This townhome has been constructed in a new, in-fill development and offers access, access, access to some of the best-known attractions for visitors to the area—places like Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and more—all while being a little separate, a little secluded, a little ABOVE it all.
Within walking distance, just three blocks away, is Rosco's Coffee (the café with a handsome little burro on the front sign). Just five blocks further is 503W—an upscale little eatery, Benny's (The Springs original dive), and Cerberus Brewing—award winning craft beer and exceptional dining. These are just to name a few. Getting Around:
Although there are superb entertainment, dining, shopping, nightlife and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.
