Located in Bunyola, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, this stunning villa with private pool will become the second home of 20 guests.
The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. On the extensive terrace you will find a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 8.5 m x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 1.8 m and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while reading a good book or contemplating the breathtaking views of the Serra de Tramuntana, as well as an area with several tables where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to the location of the house in the village, there are neighbours nearby.
The bright interior of the two-storey house, decorated with exquisite taste and serene tones, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room equipped with AC and satellite TV which will be ideal for long evenings. There is also a dining area with long tables and large windows with views to the outside, as well as an independent kitchen with gas hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are two bedrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. Both have two single beds and AC. One of them also has an en suite bathroom with shower. Another separate bathroom with bathtub and a toilet are located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the other eight bedrooms, all with two single beds, AC and en suite bathrooms, some with shower, some with bathtub and one with whirlpool bathtub. In addition, five of these eight bedrooms also have access to a private terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
The accommodation is located in Bunyola, a picturesque village very close to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which also has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. From there you can start numerous hiking routes through the mountains. In addition, other charming villages such as Sóller, Fornalutx and Valldemossa are within easy reach. Palma, the island's capital, is less than 30 minutes away by car. We encourage you to enjoy its gastronomic and cultural offer, to visit emblematic buildings such as the cathedral or the Bellver castle and to stroll through its magical historic centre.
