Our property offers a peaceful escape that is a short walk to the beach and close to all the beaches .
Set on just under 1/2 acre the home has every luxury necessary to make you and the family feel comfortable during your stay. With an open floor plan, abundant amenities, Fire Pit, Basketball Hoop & Trampoline for the family & wonderful details in every corner, you won't want to miss out.
Neighbourhood
Located at the north end of Northwest Bay Road we are fortunate to have opposite open fields of Springford Farm, and only a 5 minute walk to the ocean at Wall Beach.
Only a 5 minute drive to Rathtrevor Park and Parksville with Nanaimo and the Ferry 20 minutes to the South we are perfectly located for that island escape but being close enough to everything when needed.
Lots of beaches, walks, lakes and hikes located within a 30 minute radius by car so much for all to enjoy whether it’s beach combing, kayaking, biking or walking
Getting Around
Ample parking for 5 vehicles at least with a garage and carport available.
Recommend having a vehicle for convenience as located on a more remote road close to Parksville.
Bus route from Nanaimo to Qualicum Beach passes the property and runs frequently throughout the day
