Life can be hard and we all need a get a way from work, kids, life or a mental day just clear our heads.
You may need to leave town or leave your home. Either way at this 1 bedroom apartment you will be close enough to enjoy things but far enough to have peace.
HOUSE MANUAL
1. The Primary guest need to be present at check in and check out. They are also responsible for their guest and their actions; making sure they comply with all of the House Rules.
2. Remove shoes while in unit & put on shoe mat at the living room door.
3. Absolutely NO SMOKING (cigars, cigarettes', weed, vape pens, etc.). If you choose to smoke, please do so outside the house. **You will be charged a fee if smoke is detected after your stay**
4. No house parties allowed! Please be mindful of the time and the volume of music if you choose to play itโs so you do not disturb the other Airbnb guest and/ or neighbors.
5. DO NOT mix regular garbage with recycle garbage. Put regular garbage in the red trash can and recyclable (plastic, can, glass) garbage put in white trash can with blue liner. Paper bags etc. goes in regular garbage.
6. You can log into the Rukou smart TV with whichever subscription service you choose with your own username & password. Just remember to log out once you end your visit.
You may need to notify me if adding a new service but don't worry I'll send you the password.
7. Children are allowed however it is not child proof other than window guards.
8. Extra sheets & towels are in the linen closet along with an iron, blow dryer and hot curler. Please put away once finished. Put ALL used sheets & towels in the bedroom hamper. The comforter and or throw are to put next to the hamper NOT in it.
Decorative pillows are NOT to be slept on!
Air Mattress Queen size is available in the bottom of the linen closet. The teal & gray comforter along with sheet set is there as well. Please deflate air mattress at the end of your stay.
9. Cleaning products are under the bathroom cabinet if needed.
Cleaning fees are determined by the length of your stay:
Up to 2 days-$25
Up to 7 days-$50
Up to month -$75
10. NO PETS If Evidence of pets you will occur a charge
11. Your Reservation ends on the date of your checkout at 10 AM SHARP! You can request an early check in or late check (if available) for an additional fee of $25. If you stay later without confirming with the host, you will be charged a late check out fee of a minimum of $50.
12. Contact me when you're close to arrival so I can provide the lockbox code. 15. Leave the apartment in the same condition & order as you found it.
