Esmeralda Villa is located in the Upscale neighborhood of Esmeralda, the northern part of Aruba, only a mile from the white sandy beaches and restaurants. From the deck you have a scenic view of the high-rise area, as well as a, peek at the ocean. The property has air conditioning throughout and is equipped with 3 bedrooms each with a King size bed. In addition, the living room has a queen-size sleeper and a love seat that opens into a single bed.
There is a master bathroom and a second full-size bathroom with hot water throughout the house. A large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. Cable TV with free unlimited WI-FI.
There is a large covered porch along the backside of the house for protection from the hot Aruba sun. The large pool ( 15′ x 30′} is lighted for nighttime swimming and excellent for cooling off on a sunny day or a refreshing freshwater swim after a day at the beach. All the decks have lights underneath for evening enjoyment, cocktails, or BBQ on the stainless steel grill on the back deck. One deck is elevated with stairs for a 180-degree panoramic view of the hotels, beaches, and ocean. The villa is equipped with A cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels to take to the beach.
The property is fully fenced with plenty of privacy and secure parking within the grounds.
