The Esquirós apartment is the ideal place to spend a holiday in the mountains, being able to welcome up to 7 people in a space of 150 m², with a great view, sunny all day, in an exquisite, spacious, bright and cozy atmosphere, perfect mixture of authenticity and modernity, including a sauna.
The apartment is located in the private urbanization of Tanau 1700, exclusive with garage and direct access to Esquirós chairlift. Ski storage is available and the availability to keep the boots heat is included in the price and discounts of 15% on the rental of material is also available. There are also other shops, restaurants and bars at that level.
The Esquirós apartment faces south and has a magnificent view over the slopes of Baqueira, Val d'Aran, Val de Ruda and the peaks of Saboredo and Aneto.
The apartment has two separate levels: The spacious living area with the fireplace closed, the dining room for 8 people, overlooking the mountain, the living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, bluetooth audio system and wifi. It is a perfect environment for a warm evening. The kitchen, fully equipped, with quality appliances and complete tools is practical and functional.
Finally on the lower level we find the three cozy bedrooms; the first with a bunk bed and a single bed and the second with a double bed of 180 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
In a separate environment, "en suite" we find the sauna that allows you to relax at the end of a day of skiing, the second bathroom is equally equipped with bathtub and the master bedroom with double bed of 180 cm, television and dvd. The three bedrooms also have views of the valley. There is an Italian coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment.
