Upon entry, you will feel instantly relaxed in the well-considered entrance, which leads seamlessly into an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. With siding doors opening to a sheltered, covered outdoor dining deck area, you can sit back and entertain in the great outdoors, chill by the open fire, or relax with a book in the second light-filled living space.
With Twin ducted reverse central air conditioning and heating inverters, a contemporary bathroom with bath and vanity, a separate shower room, and a powder room, this modern coastal home is perfect for a dog-friendly family getaway.
A short 600m walk across Dodds Creek to the dog beach, and a 1km stroll in the opposite direction to the pier and village means you will not need the car. The house is ideally located to discover and enjoy this quiet seaside town and visit nearby vineyards, hot springs and the local ocean and bay beaches.
