Lower unit end town home is on a private street. Many walking paths within feet. Property overlooks woods, pond and nature and has its own walk out patio. Entrance is on the main level. Stairs to the private lower level are located just inside the door. There is a locked door at the bottom of the stairs to the unit. Guest have a set of 2 keys. One key is to the front entrance and one to the door of the private lower level unit.
The owner lives on the main floor in a separate unit.

Both bedrooms have queen sized mattresses and box springs (2017) along with all linens(2020). Both bedrooms have windows that overlook the woods. The master bedroom also has a twin size pull out sleeper.
