Positive: We were in Biscayne Park area for our daughter’s wedding. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was a huge plus for our kids. The customer service from WeHost was exceptional! Also, there is WiFi even though house description says there isn’t. The TV’s have Roku which was great for kids.
Negative: The pool pump went out the first morning we were there. The noise was very loud and very annoying. We called property customer service and they explained how to turn off the pump until a pool service could come. But the water didn’t filter and the pool level crept lower and lower. Pool service came the day before we left. With the exception of the bed in the master bedroom, the mattresses are not terrible, but not great. The house was not stocked with enough glassware. Toilet paper and paper towels were limited so be prepared to buy your own after the first day or two. Our stay was 6 days. There are no dressers for clothes although there is closet space, adequate shelves in master only. The master shower has very little water pressure, so you can’t rinse out your soapy hair and only gets lukewarm water at best. We had to use other shower to adequately shower, which was a bit of a problem time wise for 6 adults. The little girls took a bath but there was no stopper until housekeeping came to add glassware and we asked her to help us find one. But, it didn’t work all that well.
