Elegant Luxury Family Home with a spacious single story floor plan (2,957 Sq ft).
This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a Formal Dining and Living Room, a Family Room and Home Office.
The front of the home features an elegant entry way to the Formal Living and Dining Room. Living room has a three seater sofa, and four arm chairs. An added feature to the living room is the antique cocktail bar stocked with glasses and a wine refrigerator next to it. The Dining area has a large table with seating for 10 with a Swarovzki crystal chandelier. Large sliding glass doors provide access to the patio and a view of the pool.
The family room has a gas fireplace, an L shaped sofa and three armchairs for plenty of seating and TV time. The newly updated kitchen adjoins the family room. There is a dark wood rectangular dining table in the kitchen with seating for up to six people, a kitchen island for food preparation and plenty of counter space. The kitchen counters are quartz. The Kitchen has General Electric stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery and table linen. The pantry in the kitchen has basic initial supplies, coffee, tea, sugar and spices for cooking.
The family room grants access to the patio, which has plenty of seating, a coffee table and a gas fire pit. The pool is not heated and is NOT separately fenced from the garden or patio. There is a gate to the street in the front of the house which is kept closed with a high latch.
There is plenty of space to spread out with family and friends in the five bedrooms.
The Master suite has an antique four poster bed, large windows overlooking the garden. The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom with a walk in closet.
Two additional bedrooms are on the same side of the house with an full bathroom off the hallway.
The north side of the house has two bedrooms, a home office and the third bathroom with a shower.
Walking and Biking trails are a few steps away from the front door. The walking trail is a pleasant stroll to the community pool, which is heated. Additionally there is a hot tub/spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court and a playground.
