This is a summer and winter haven located 10 minutes east of downtown Kenora and has direct access to Lake of the Woods. The stunning, unique, and peaceful property has private docking and features a large family sized bonfire pit on the shoreline. This beautiful low profile lot has extensive water frontage, as well, decks and dock are ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, boating, water sports and snowmobiling. Bunkie/Gazebo right off dock on the water.
A public boat launch and Redden's Store, (groceries, gas, LCBO, Cannabis Store), is conveniently located 5 minutes from the property.
Custom home features hardwood and ceramic tile throughout plus a large modern chef's kitchen with granite countertops, two islands with seating for 6-8, stainless appliances including a double wall oven and a dishwasher. Enjoy family meals at the large open concept dining room that overlooks the water, or, from the massive 800 sq. ft. glass railed private deck with easy access to the water and dock/gazebo.
On rainy days, enjoy the rec room with gas fireplace, large screen tv and foosball table. A three season 1,500 sq. ft. loft above the garage offers more entertainment with a games room including pool table, shuffleboard and basketball net.
This home is min. weekly rental, Friday to Friday, during high season, (May long weekend to Labour Day weekend.) and minimum 3 night rental low season.
