Welcome to one of the most well appointed homes located in the Heart of North Conway in Cranmore Birches complex. Recently renovated, this 3800 Square Foothome caters to all size groups. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property is the perfect spot to make memories that will last forever. With a gym, basement full of games and a modern year-round hot tub, you will never be bored after a long day exploring the White Mtns. 1 minute from Cranmore and 3 minutes to downtown North Conway!
With so much room, families are able to spread out among adult/child/teen areas in completely separate in parts of the house and then gather in the large kitchen/dining/family area. Everybody can have fun in their own world and house includes 6 smart internet ready TVs. We have two comfortable living rooms plus a game/TV room tucked away in the basement. The gym includes a peloton bike and free weights. There is also a large well stocked kitchen with all the amenities and a huge island for your group to gather.
We are available 24/7 for you if you need us!
Three of the four bedrooms will have AC. Fans available in each bedroom. One of the living rooms has air-conditioning.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- NO open fires or fire pits of any kind allowed anywhere outside or on deck
