🚋 From Hiroshima Station (by city tram):
Take the Hiroshima Electric Railway Line 1 (bound for Hiroshima Port) from the South Exit of the station.
Get off at Fukuro-machi Station.
From there, it's just a 5-minute walk to the apartment.
🚌 From Hiroshima Airport:
Take the limousine bus to Hiroshima Station (Shinkansen Exit) – the ride takes about 50 minutes.
Once at Hiroshima Station, follow the city tram instructions above.

🛂 Guest Registration (Required by Law)
To comply with Japanese regulations, we must collect the following information:
•Full name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay
•For non-Japanese guests: a copy of your passport photo page (with nationality and passport number)

🏠 House Rules
• No shoes indoors – Help us keep the space clean and tidy.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. If we receive noise complaints, we may contact you. Repeated disturbances may result in police involvement. Please be considerate of neighbors.
⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
‼️Please be on time, as we need to prepare the room for the next guests.
🛏️ Futon Setup
• Futons are self-service. Clean bedding — including bed sheets, comforter covers, and pillowcases — is stored neatly in the closet. Please set up and return items as found.
🧼 Cleaning & Towels
• For stays longer than one night, please use the in-room washing machine to clean towels.
• No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.
• The room is professionally cleaned after check-out only.
🚭 No Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $200 USD penalty will be charged by property management if any evidence of smoking is found.
• Additionally, please refrain from smoking, barbecuing, lighting fireworks, or engaging in similar activities in the atrium area. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

• If the garbage bin becomes full during your stay, please contact me and I will arrange for a staff member to collect it promptly.
