This spacious home accommodates up to 10 visitors and is the ideal Flagstaff get-away! Superb location, gorgeous interior and fun backyard ensure that your vacation is a sure success! The home provides everything needed to turn an ordinary trip into an extraordinary memory.
The downstairs area provides multiple entertaining areas and beautiful new flooring. The front family room is an ideal place to enjoy a rousing game of pool on our black-top billiards table. Just off of this room is a lovely den. With a desk and chairs, this is the perfect spot to get some work done or enjoy a good book. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, has gleaming wood floors and a large sectional couch, perfect to lounge on, while enjoying the large television. For those chilly nights, the gas fireplace will keep you warm and cozy.
The kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and stone countertops is spacious and conveniently situated close to family rooms and the back deck. A traditional brew style coffee maker and Keurig, ample dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, cookware, four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock-pot and toaster are also provided.
There is an inviting dining area, equipped with a dining table. While enjoying your meal, you can take in the view of the majestic Ponderosa Pines. You will also revel in the abundance of natural light from surrounding windows and glass sliding doors. Please note that there are two additional seats at the kitchen island bar, as well as two stools at console table behind the living room couch.
Moving outdoors, the private fenced-in backyard is a great place to spend some time with friends & family. After you’ve worked up an appetite exploring Northern Arizona, you can enjoy cooking dinner on the lovely deck. A gas barbecue grill is provided. You can end the night sharing stories around the fire pit - your visit will be filled with entertainment and activity, whether you stay at the home or explore the surrounding areas.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities.
There are two additional guest bedrooms, one features a queen-size bed and the other room has two twin beds.
The second full sized bathroom is located on the ground floor level, just across from the two guest bedrooms.
The fourth sleeping area is located in the loft found up the spiral staircase. This bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The open loft just outside of the bedrooms serves as a bonus family space with a couch, books & magazines, fun kid’s seating, chalkboard, Flat-screen TV and an Xbox One gaming console!The couch in the loft converts into a futon, sleeping 1.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. Cats are not permitted.
