The fully air-conditioned villa is built over 2 floors, from the main driveway there are stairs up to the front door which opens on to a small entrance hall with guest cloakroom and on into the open plan living / dining room. The large French windows open on to a small balcony and the room is flooded with light. There is ample comfortable seating, UK SKY television and a large dining table which seats 8. This room is filled with contemporary artwork, mainly dedicated to the world of rock and pop music, a stylish finish to this contemporary home.
Through an archway you move into the well equipped kitchen with feature wooden breakfast bar which seats 5. French doors open on to a small breakfast terrace.
