This home boasts a contemporary look with modern kitchen including stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, granite countertops, all utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, formal and family dining that views the wide open view living area with 14' ceilings and open concept from the front door to the sliding lanai doors entering the large 16x30' pool and outdoor screened in entertainment/lounging/dining area. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with hardwood flooring, the master having a king bed with large ensuite, and full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with private full bathroom while the third bedroom doubles as an office with free wireless WIFI and a new very comfortable murphy bed. The living area boasts state of the art sonos entertainment center and smart TV, with all new modern furniture, just a few steps away from the outside living area. If golf is your thing, there are an additional 5 golf courses within 15 miles of Verandah. If the beach is for you, Ft. Myers Beach is 25 minutes away with many other beaches just minutes from there. If you have guests arriving by air, Southwest International Airport is 20 minutes away with easy access from I-75 HWY.
Verandah has 36 holes of championship golf (not included in rental) and a club fitness membership is included with rental. The beautiful fitness/pool/tennis area is accompanied by the golf clubhouse as well as the newly renovated restaurant/lounge area with ample parking. and 9 miles of bike/walking trails as well as kayaking on the Orange River. Kayaks booked at the fitness center. Just outside the gates of the community are the Shops At Verandah. There you will find a Publix Grocery as well as several restaurants to choose from.
