Review Score: 10

Summary: The bell staff was fantastic. The check-in staff not so much. We waiting 15 minutes while one staff was trying to solve another customer problem she never called for help. Finally another clerk came and checked us in. Then the room keys didn’t work. We had to get back in line to get new keys.
