Your newly renovated, home-away-from-home has been designed for actual, easy living. You'll enjoy the comfortable furnishings and modern décor.
Feel welcome right from the beginning on the large front porch with swing. The living room has century-old, red oak flooring as well as a sink-into-me sofa and large smart tv. The kitchen has a brand-new refrigerator and is well stocked. The drop-leaf dining table allows you to customize your seating needs in the dining area. The bathroom has a spa-like feel with a new 6-setting shower head and soothing design.
The primary bedroom’s new mattress can be flipped for a firmer feel on one side or a softer feel on the other. A dresser is included since you’ll be staying longer, and a large closet will hold your belongings with room to spare. A vanity/desk with lighted mirror can be used to get ready for your day or as a workspace behind doors.
The twin trundle bed in the secondary bedroom allows for flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. Leave the lower mattress down for more space in the room, or pop it out and up if you have a fourth guest. The desk in this room has a second screen available for you to plug your laptop into so you can work or stream from your accounts.
Overnight shift workers will appreciate blackout curtains in the bedrooms, fans, sound machines, and exterior lighting to help guide you home in the dark. Digital nomads will like the ability to work from both bedrooms with great internet access.
Both sides of this duplex are set up for 30-day+ stays, with one shared washer/dryer set and shared outdoor spaces. This apartment is a 2/1, and the other apartment is a 1/1.

It's also an easy drive to several movie studios and healthcare employers. Access to downtown is available via car, train, or bus. This home is located on a quiet, residential street with a neighborly vibe. Easily walk or bike to the corner store, restaurants, brewery, and other shopping in downtown Hapeville.
Getting Around:
Most people in this area get around by car, but easy access to downtown and beyond is available via or bus or train. The bus stop is located at the end of the block. The train station is an easy 5-minute drive away. Free parking is available in the driveway of this home, which is shared with the unit next door. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft service this area as well.

* This unit is one side of a duplex, and you may hear your neighbor's footsteps or voices from time to time.
* This home is located on a residential street, but the commercial district is at the end of the block, and there is construction nearby (and all over Hapeville - it's the new Place To Be!). Therefore, normal city noises can be heard from this location.
* This home has a gravel driveway.
* For your safety, we have turned on a security camera located on the front porch. It only records the front porch and driveway area. We are not at all interested in micro-managing your stay, but disabling the camera is not allowed. No cameras are inside.
* We love Atlanta, but it can be a buggy place. We provide bug spray for our guests, but be aware that we cannot control mother nature outside our home.
* This home is over 100 years old! If it will bother you that the home is perfectly imperfect, this space may not be best suited for you. However, we love this quirky, old girl, and we think you will, too.
