- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. Summary: We loved our spring break vacation! The property is secluded in the desert. We could see the horses from our window. The view of the mountains and the sunrise were incredible. There is a horse trail riding place just 0.2 miles walk down the road. The pool is well maintained, but way too cold to use it in April! They told us it wasn't heated so we knew it might be. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. The property managers were responsive to questions. The beds were comfy but very loud with any movement. The home finished are a little rundown, but still beautiful overall. The room with the two beds is a loft and the sounds carries through the house will the hard surfaces throughout, so it's not the best set up for the kids who went to bed before is adults. It's nice being out in the desert away from the city but it is a drive to go to a grocery store or restaurant.
