Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The condo was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed having the washing machine. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had hot water with decent water pressure. Air conditioning in main space and bedrooms worked good as there are a lot of windows. Loved that the condo was on the same level as the pool. We literally had the pool and little patio to ourselves during our stay. The rooftop has a BBQ and sitting area with some shade and wonderful views overlooking the Marina.
Negative: Although the location is "15 minute walk" from town, the last portion is all uphill on your return. Taxis were expensive at $200 pesos from Marina. You do have to be careful of the steps idown into the complex as they are a little uneven. The stairs in the condo were a little hard to "see" for one of us - especially going downstairs.
