With six bedrooms (4 king beds, 2 queen beds) there is room for families or multiple couples that want a retreat. The gourmet kitchen is set up with a eat-in breakfast bar, new stainless appliances, plenty of space to cook, and professional grade ice maker and beverage cooler. Adjacent to the kitchen is the great room, with windows on 3 sides and plenty of couches for everyone to have space and not be crowded. The lake side of the house is fenced in, and the city has put a paved walking/biking path that cuts through the property and does a 11 mile loop around the lake as well as connecting to other regional paths.
