Positive: The property is equipped extremely well and there is plenty of everything in all areas of the house plus the property is equipped to a good and tasteful standard in all rooms, the chairs and settees are comrtably cosy and the beds are superbly comfotable. The house is located in a quiet ,small cul de sac with off road parking approx one and a half miles from the centre of Sale and is very quiet. If you wanted to travel into travel into Sale on a bus there is a good service that is available with bus stops about a five minute walk from the house, from Sale you can then catch a tram into the centre of Manchester and I believe that the tram serice is very frequent with about twenty minutes between each one. There is a good pub/eatery a ten minute walk from the house and the food and drinks are reasonably priced, in Sale there are many restaurants and pubs and obviously in Manchester you are spoilt for choice. We stayed at the property during thev Winter months so we did not venture into the garden but if you travel here during warmer times then there is a covered pagoda with seating that would be lovely to eat and/or relax in. Finally, we would stay here again.
Negative: Could not get on to the internet as the code did not appear on either my laptop or phone, all four of us failed even though we are seasoned travellers and understand what needs to done to make the connection, could not find a general instruction book, would welcome a teapot and finally, the front door needs to be made draught proof or replaced but none of the above would stop us staying there again
