Delving into the heart of our home, the primary bedroom is a true sanctuary. It features a lavish king bed, an attached bathroom for privacy, and a walk-in closet to store away your travel garments with ease. A large smart TV provides entertainment at your fingertips, and direct access to the back deck allows for moments of peace under the Texas sky.
Two additional bedrooms, each housing a comfortable king bed, are designed with relaxation in mind and include ample closet space for your convenience. The queen bedroom is cozy yet elegant, providing a restful space after a day of exploration.
The last bedroom is uniquely charming and versatile, with a queen bed nestled in a room that boasts its very own bathroom, creating a suite-like experience. This room is thoughtfully equipped with a mini-fridge and a sofa for additional relaxation, plus a smart TV for your entertainment. Exclusive access to the back deck from this room offers a private entry to outdoor serenity. Each bedroom is meticulously curated to enhance your stay, ensuring comfort, luxury, and a touch of personal retreat for every guest.
There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway. While our garage is not available at the moment, rest assured that the home’s other amenities continue to provide comfort and convenience. You'll still find the in-unit laundry facilities indispensable for a hassle-free stay.
Our outdoor deck invites you to unwind in the temperate Austin climate, offering a perfect spot for relaxation or intimate gatherings. Even with the temporary change regarding garage access, we maintain our dedication to your comfort and convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home and back deck. The garage is not yet available for use.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.
Nestled in the scenic hills west of Austin, this upscale area boasts luxurious homes, verdant landscapes, and breathtaking views of the city and Lake Austin. Barton Creek Square Mall provides a shopping haven for visitors, while the nearby Barton Creek Greenbelt offers outdoor enthusiasts miles of hiking and biking trails, as well as beautiful swimming spots. In addition, with its close proximity to downtown Austin, residents and visitors can easily access a plethora of entertainment, dining, and cultural venues.
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
