Summary: There were a few things that were problematic at this property, although the management was communicative and did their best to remedy the issues. Pros: beautiful property with large rooms and plenty of space for a large party. It was close to beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails. Cons: There was very limited supplies at this home. Although listing states there would be amenities, there wasn’t any. There was no soap. No garbage bags. The “keurig” came with only two pods. We ended up buying our own coffee maker. There were enough towels for 10, although its capacity was 14. Most upsetting were the ants. Ants in the living room, bathrooms, kitchen. We found spray, but then the ants just went up on the walls and ceilings. Overall, I think this property has a lot of potential. While it was cute and had personality, it lacked basic necessities that one would expect of a vacation rental. If renters are to bring basics such as soap and garbage bags, etc… please update your listing to more accurately reflect that.
