This two bedroom cottage features one large bedroom upstairs with 2 queen size beds. The downstairs has one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full size futon in the living room with bedding if needed to be used for sleeping. Renovated in 2017.
One full bathroom with a walk-in shower in located on the first floor.
A full size kitchen with all your cooking needs and a large table for everyone to sit at together.
There is also a small private deck with a gas grill and table and chairs.
Island is accessible by boat ONLY!! Bring your own boat or rent one nearby.
We have 3 kayaks and 2 canoes available for guests to use.
Enjoy your stay on Wintergreen by relaxing on our 100-foot front dock. The dock has a raised swim platform, water slide, and swim ladder all conveniently located. Spend the day fishing, swimming, or relaxing right outside your cottage.
There are 5 other private cottages on Wintergreen Island that are occupied by our family and long-time seasonal renters.
