It’s time to relax and connect with family and friends in our 4 bedroom home that boasts a heated pool, custom patio and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen area or lounge on the pool deck that overlooks a greenbelt. The living room has a huge comfortable couch, an accent chair and 2 swing chairs. Stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, await your culinary creations. WiFi throughout and televisions in each bedroom, plus living room.
The stunning patio compliments a gorgeous heated pool and is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining, grilling and relaxation. Everyone will have a blast in the custom heated pool that features a tanning shelf, umbrella, bubblers and an underwater bench. The depth ranges from 3-5 feet. With a grill at the ready, you'll be able to cook out and be the BBQ master impressing your guests. The greenbelt behind the home provides privacy and peace. As an added bonus, two relaxing swing chairs overlook the inviting pool below, providing a cozy spot for conversations.

-Our property has a strict "no pets allowed" policy. If a guest brings any pets on the property with or without our permission, a nonrefundable fee of $500 will be charged for each pet on the property.
