● Large swimming pool: it's large and deep as well ( some spot can be more than 10 ft deep). No guard on duty and swim at your own risk. Do not swim at night after 9pm. Swimming pool will be closed from Oct- May.

Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
