Turnkey home located in a cul-de-sac in Victoria Park/Vista Norte, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. Covered patio and outdoor gas fire pit. The pebble tec pool includes a spa. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom that opens onto the private yard. Desert landscaping in front yard. This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Palm Springs. Enjoy the desert lifestyle with all the comforts of your own home. Large extremely comfortable couch for lounging or napping! Multiple TV's, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple lounge options outdoors. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Please note: This house is available for rental by the month (minimum 28 days). Pet fee is per pet and is non-refundable at $150. Pool heat is $50 per day, spa heat is included, and it is assumed it won't be running constantly. (Fee will be added if spa heat is left on) You must specify if you will want these amenities when you book, and the price will be adjusted. For guests staying more than one month, you will be required to put gas and electricity in your name and monthly rate is reduced by $300 and no extra fee for pool heat is required.
