This newly renovated house is centrally located - just a 12 minute drive to the airport and less than 15 to most destinations in Omaha. New beds, windows, appliances, kitchen, and bathrooms. Fenced in backyard with deck, grill and hammock. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house about 1300 sq ft. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a twin size bed, and bedroom 3 has a king size bed. There are also 2 couches and 2 inflatable mattresses. High speed internet and smart tv with Netflix included. You will have access to the washer and dryer as well.
It is less than a 2 minute walk from the very popular Benson strip where you will find everything from cigar bars to ice cream shops- amazing restaurants, bars, music, stand up comedy venues and much more.
