Negative: A mattress with a great hump in the middle of it A winter duvet no kitchen roll, clingfilm or foil a building site outside causing the bedroom windows in 2 rooms to be blacked out with no view a TV so high you had to stretch your neck to see it from the settee and all 3 of us ahd to sit on this seat to be able to view the TV Unreliable wifi No shelf in the shower unit to rest your gel, sponge etc A mirror in one bedroom so high you needed a stool to see yourself Shall I go on? An unclean BBQ sitting on grass tinder dry Inadequate information about recyclables
