Der Europapark Rust ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, Straßburg in ca. 40 Minuten, Schweiz/Basel in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Flughafen Baden-Baden ist ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Sie benötigen von der A 5 kommend nur 5 Minuten, um Ihr Domizil zu erreichen. Genießen Sie die Terrasse mit eigenem Garten. Zur Selbstversorgung ist die Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Microwelle und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Bäcker/Edeka ) ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Radfahren und Wandern. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind Taubergießen (ca. 20 Minuten), im Schwarzwald die Triberger Wasserfälle (ca. 1 Std.) und das Schwarzwälder Freilichtmuseum Vogtsbauernhöfe (ca. 50 Minuten). Die nächstgrößere Stadt ist Lahr (ca. 10 Min.) mit Stadtpark und Restaurant, Kino, Terrassen-/Hallenbad. Bei schlechtem Wetter steht Ihnen ein 40 Zoll Fernsehgerät und kostenloses Internet zur Verfügung. 2 kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, zusätzlich ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder.
Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus hat eine Größe von ca. 110 m2, verteilt auf 3 Stockwerke. Es wurde 2017 fast komplett neu eingerichtet und hat 4 Schlafzimmer, welche sich in den oberen Stockwerken befinden (1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett und 2 x 2 Einzelbetten). Im geräumigen Bad sind Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank. Ein separates Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 30 m2 groß, bietet Platz für gemütliches Beisammensein, es steht ein 40-Zoll Fernseher, DVD-Player, Stereo-Anlage und Internet bereit. Im Sommer kann die Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten zum Grillen genutzt werden. Erholung garantiert, da Haus mit Terrasse und Garten exklusiv für den Gast nutzbar sind, d.h. keine weiteren Gäste oder Vermieter im Haus. Ganz in der Nähe (ca. 50 m) finden Sie Arzt, Zahnarzt, Physiotherapeut, ca. 100 Meter bis zum nächsten Bäcker/Edeka.Für den kleinen Hunger gibt es eine Pizzeria und ein Döner.
