Es liegt zentral im Ortsteil Oberbänd und doch unmittelbar an große Waldgebiete angrenzend Vor Ort befindet sich ein Abenteuerspielplatz mit Grillstelle, ein Bolzplatz, Tennisplätze und Angelgewässer. Eine Dauerausstellung mit alten Schwarzwalduhren, Mineralien und heimischen Vögeln rundet das Angebot ab. , Dem Gast bietet sich im Sommer ein wunderschönes Erholungsgebiet für herrliche Wanderungen, Radtouren und Badevergnügen in zahlreichen Naturbadeseen und Bädern. Langlaufen, alpin Abfahren und Winterwandern in unmittelbarer Umgebung im Winter sowie das Badeparadies Schwarzwald in 12km Entfernung Für die sportliche Betätigung finden Sie bei uns Wanderstöcke, Fahrräder, Schlitten Eisenbach-Oberbränd ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahllose Aktivitäten in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung, z.B. an den Schluchsee, Titisee, Kirnbergsee oder an den Bodensee mit seinen Inseln. In die nahe Schweiz mit dem Rheinfall, dem Markgräfler Land mit seinen Heilbädern, Freiburg Hauptstadt des Schwarzwald oder dem Breisgau mit dem Europa Park. Unser Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, über 2 Etagen, ca. 85m2 groß in waldnaher Südlage. Die FeWo ist komplett eingerichtet. Wir bietet in 2 Schlafräumen, ein Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, Schlafgelegenheit für 4 Personen ideal für 2 Paare oder kleine Familien. Sie bewohnen das Ferienhaus Elfi alleine. Die Wohnküche ist ausgestattet mit E-Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Handmixer, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Spülmaschine. Für Kinder gibt es ein Hochstuhl. Im Wohnzimmer genießen Sie am Feuer des Kaminofens die gemütliche, heimelig eingerichtete Stube, die ausgestattet ist mit dig. Sat-TV, DVD-Player, Radio (mobil), Spiele. Im Haus ist überall free-WLAN. Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit 2 Waschplätzen und Barriere freier Dusche. Hand - und Badetücher, sowie Bademäntel werden gestellt. Im Haus ist auf jeder Etage eine separate Toilette. Im Schlafzimmer kann auf Wunsch ein Kinderbett aufgestellt werden Das große Grundstück mit Garten, Grillplatz und Liegewiese bietet alles für Ihren Aufenthalt im Freien. Alle Gartenutensilien sind vorhanden. Und sollte es Ihnen zu kühl werden ziehen Sie sich in den Wintergarten zurück, um unverbaute Ausblicke in Flora und Fauna und auf die Schweizer Alpenkette zu genießen. Für Ihr Fahrzeug, mit dem wir empfehlen anzureisen, steht eine Garage od. ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherdomizil und nehmen Haustiere nur nach Absprache auf.
