Unser Haus wurde bis Mai 2015 von Grund auf saniert, umgebaut und für vier Ferienwohnungen konzipiert. Sie sind komplett neu eingerichtet. Das Haus, mit einem großen Grundstück, befindet sich in guter Lage in Mederns, 3 km nördlich von Hohenkirchen im Feriengebiet Wangerland. Die Wohnungen sind, je nach Größe, für 2 bis 5 Personen geeignet. Befreundete Paare/Familien können ideal bis max. 12 Personen bei uns einen Urlaub der besonderen Art genießen. Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm. Der große Garten lädt von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang zum Sonnenbaden, Verweilen, Spielen oder Grillen ein. Zu den Stränden nach Schillig, Hooksiel oder Harlesiel sind es ca. 8 km. Für Radfahrer ist unser Haus ideal gelegen. Der Radweg mit einem gut geführten Radwegenetz, z.B. die Route "Tour de Fries", führt direkt am Haus entlang.
Die 2015 neu eingerichtete Wohnung (Nichtraucher) befindet sich im Obergeschoss, ist ca. 49 m² groß und bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen (besonders gut geeignet für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder).Sie hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Bettwäsche inklusive. Ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich ist geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Duschbad mit WC. Handtücher und Fön inklusive. Eine Terrasse zum Garten gehört auch dazu. Ebenso können Sie den Garten und den Wintergarten mitbenutzen. Fahrräder stellen wir allen unseren Gästen kostenfrei zur Verfügung (soweit verfügbar). Ein Trimmrad und ein Crosstrainer laden zwischendurch zum trainieren ein.
