Ursprünglich aus den 1930er Jahren, 2017-18 kernsaniert, liegt unser Haus idyllisch in einer Sackgasse nur 700m vom Ortskern entfernt. Es besteht eine unmittelbare Verbindung zu Wander- und Radwegen. Vom Haus hat man freien Blick auf den Schnappenberg nach Osten und die Hochplatte nach Westen. Zum Naturschutzgebiet Kendlmühlfilzen ist es ein Fußweg von 10 Minuten. Der Golfplatz beginnt in Sichtweite des Hauses und das Golfhotel Achtental Ressort erreicht man in nur 20 Fußminuten. Das Chiemseesüdufer erreicht man in 15 Fahrtminuten. In lediglich 25 Autominuten ist man am Skigebiet Steinplatte (Seegatterl). Eine Vorauszahlung nach Buchung ist erforderlich.
