In unserer lichtdurchfluteten Ferienwohnung "Eule" in Donaueschingen-Aufen, gelegen an der Brigach als einem der Quellflüsse der Donau, kann man sich wohlfühlen. Der Ort selbst, früher eine eigene bäuerliche Gemeinde, ist von Feldern und Wald umgeben und heute eine beliebte Wohngegend. Zum Stadtkern, über die Straße oder einen Spazierweg, sind es 2 km. Dort gibt es alle Geschäfte, Supermärkte und eine vielfältige Gastronomie, Veranstaltungen und Feste. In fünf Gehminuten ist ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria im Ort erreichbar. Donaueschingen, eine Stadt mit etwa 22.000 Einwohnern, liegt ab 670 Meter üNN und hat im Sommer angenehme Luftströmungen und im Herbst klare Tage. Von der Quelle im Fürstlichen Park fließt die Donau bis zum Schwarzen Meer und wird dabei durch den beliebten Donau-Radweg begleitet. Die beiden Donaueschinger Großveranstaltungen im Herbst, Reitturnier und Musiktage, haben internationale Bedeutung. Der ideale Standort von Donaueschingen zwischen Schwarzwald und Bodensee macht in einem Radius von 50 km - Bodensee und Schweiz - die Schwarzwaldhöhen bis Freiburg - das Donautal und die Schwäbische Alb - die Flußtäler und Ortschaften im Nordschwarzwald - per Auto in Tagestouren leicht erreichbar. Die weitgehend ungestörte Natur mit großen Wäldern und vielen Rad- und Wanderwegen umgibt die Stadt. Unweit liegen auch besondere Naturschönheiten. Die beiden historischen Städte Villingen und Rottweil liegen nahe und bieten reizvolle Ansichten in Bauten und Straßenzügen, außerdem mit Museen zur Geschichte. Unsere Ferienwohnung mit ihrer Ausstattung erlaubt eine angenehme Zeit der Erholung und Entdeckung der Landschaft. Wir geben auch gerne Hinweise zu Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Individuelles Reisen, angepaßt an das Wetter, läßt viele Möglichkeiten zu, von Naturschönheiten, Burgen, Schlössern bis hin zu sehenswerten Kirchen.
Wir vermieten eine frisch sanierte, praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit WLAN in ruhiger Wohnlage. Die Nichtraucherwohnung im Dachgeschoß ist 76 qm groß. Alle Fenster mit Rollladen. Über die 6 qm-Diele mit Kleiderablage sind die Zimmer zugänglich. Das Schlafzimmer mit 16 qm hat ein gutes Boxspring-Doppelbett mit Nachttisch und Leuchte, großem Kleiderschrank, Kleiderablage, Ganzspiegel. Das Wohnzimmer mit 20 qm ist ausgestattet mit einem 3-sitzigen Sofa, Couchtisch, Flachbildfernseher und Anrichte. Der Dacherker ist von drei Seiten belichtet und erlaubt den freien Blick rundum. Die sehr großen Doppelfenster haben elektrische Rollläden. Das 8 qm große Lounge-Zimmer ist mit seinem Einbauschrank ideal geeignet zum Lesen oder Schreiben. Es kann bei gutem Wetter mit den großen Fenstern als Loggia zur Gartenseite genutzt werden oder bei einer Belegung mit 3 Personen wird dieses Zimmer, auch mit elektrischen Rollläden, mit einem Gästebett ausgestattet werden. Die mit 20 qm sehr geräumige Einbauküche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Geschirr vollständig eingerichtet, dazu Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Der Raum bietet außerdem viel Platz für eine gemütliche Essecke. Das Badezimmer hat 6 qm mit einer bequem zugänglichen Dusche, großem Waschbecken, WC. Der Autostellplatz ist auf dem Grundstück, für Fahrräder gibt es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit.
