Herzlich Willkommen auf der Schwäbischen Alb und im Haus "Elfi". Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Ausflugsziele gut und schnell zu erreichen. Hausen am Tann, das ruhig gelegene, 500 Einwohner zählende Dorf liegt 745 m über dem Meeresspiegel und wird von den Albbergen Rappenstein, Schafberg, Wenzelstein, Plettenberg und Lochen reizvoll umrahmt. Ausgedehnte Wanderwege erschließen dem Spaziergänger und Wanderfreund die herrliche Landschaft. Erfrischende Bäche, Grill – und Spielplätze laden zum Rasten ein. Die Gemeinde hat einen eigenen 9-Loch-Golfplatz. Hier herrscht kein Touristenrummel – deshalb auch unser Werbeslogan „Abenteuer Stille“.
Meine gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist 70 qm groß, geeignet für 2-3 Personen. Die Wohnung wurde 2009 total renoviert und neu möbiliert. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett mit 2 separaten Matratzen 90/200 cm / im Schrank ist ein Safe vorhanden. Babybettchen kann aufgestellt werden. Eine Schlafmöglichkeit wäre noch im Wohnzimmer vorhanden mit einem Posterbett (kein Schlafsofa). Das Wohnzimmer bietet aber auch eine tolle Sitzgarnitur, eine Leseecke, TV, CD-Player und Radio. Die vorhandene Einbau-Küche ist modern, perfekt eingerichtet, Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzug, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, separates Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher und Wasserkocher. Geschirrtücher, Küchenrolle und Spülmittel sind vorhanden, ebenso die Müllbeutel. Tisch für 4 Personen mit bequemen Stühlen. Bad mit Dusche und WC, großer Spiegelschrank und Erste Hilfe-Schrank. Für meine Gäste befindet sich hinter dem Haus ein überdachter und gemütlicher Freisitz. Das Gartenhäuschen mit Gasgrill steht ebenfalls den Gästen zur Verfügung. Ausgestattet ist es mit Eckback, Tisch, Stühlen, etwas Geschirr und Besteck. Neben dem Gartenhäuschen liegt der Gästeparkplatz.
