Unser Haus im Schwarzwaldstil liegt in zentraler, ebener und sonniger Lage, nur ca. 400 m vom Kurzentrum entfernt. Das Freibad befindet sich in der Nähe. In unseren komfortablen, mit viel Holz gestalteten Maisonette - Wohnungen erwartet Sie eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Eßecke, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sitzgruppe, Schlafzimmer und Dusche WC. Bei der Klassifizierung nach DTV haben unsere Wohnungen 3 Sterne, entspricht guter und wohnlicher Gesamtausstattung mit gutem Komfort, und 4 Sterne, entspricht hochwertige Gesamtausstattung mit gehobenem Komfort, erhalten. Selbstverständlich verfügt jede Wohnung über einen großen Balkon bzw. Terrasse. Für einen gesunden Schlaf sorgen unsere gesundheitsgerechten Betten mit Lattenrost und antirheumatischer Federkernmatratze. Alle Ferienwohnungen sind mit Farb-TV (Kabelanschluß) ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher/Badetücher und Tischwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen. Handtücher - und Badetücherwechsel erfolgt wöchentlich; Bettwäsche wird nach 10 bzw. 14 Tagen gewechselt. Für Ihren Pkw steht ein Autoabstellplatz, direkt am Haus, zur Verfügung. Haustiere können nicht aufgenommen werden. Die Ferienwohnungen stehen Ihnen am Anreisetag wochentags ab 17.00 Uhr, am Wochenende ab 16.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Andere Anreisezeiten sind nach Vereinbarung möglich. Anreise täglich möglich. Am Abreisetag ist das Appartement bis 10.00 Uhr freizugeben. Mindestaufenthalt 7 Übernachtungen. Falls Sie mit der Bahn anreisen, holen wir Sie selbstverständlich kostenlos vom Bahnhof Bad Herrenalb ab. Stornobedingungen: Wir empfehlen den Abschluß einer
Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Falls die Wohnung storniert wird und wir
diese nicht andersweitig vermieten können, fallen Stornogebühren in Höhe
