Unser Neubau (2017) bietet in Hanglage zwei moderne und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit fantastischer Weitsicht über das Tor zum Bodensee und Fernblick auf den See. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über ca. 75 qm, die mit einer bis vier Personen belegt werden können. Bei Bedarf steht ein fünfter Schlafplatz durch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Haustiere auf Anfrage. PayTV auf Anfrage. W-Lan steht zur Verfügung. Entfernung zum Bahnhof mit Anschluss zum Bodensee ca. 500m. Entfernung zum Bodensee ca. 6km, die Stadt Stockach ist ca. 5km entfernt. Wassersport wird auf Anfrage angeboten. Wandern, Radfahren und Wassersport. Bäckerei und Hofladen im Ort. Die Festungsruine Hohentwiel, die Insel Mainau sowie der Affenberg sind als Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung zu erreichen.

Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Toaster, Kaffeedrücker uvm. ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt neben der ebenerdigen Dusche auch über eine Badewanne und eine angrenzende Abstellkammer. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit einem LCD Fernseher, sowie der Essbereich. Von dort aus gelangen Sie auf den Balkon bzw. die Terrasse. Ein Radio sowie Baby / Kleinkinderausstattung sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz und kostenfreies W-Lan können ebenfalls genutzt werden.
