Set on the first (top) floor of a smart set of apartments, the large sitting room and kitchen-diner both face south to the sea with fantastic long range views. The sitting room offers plenty of seating and large Smart TV, and the kitchen-diner is a bright and colourful place to cook and dine. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size (5’) bed, sofa, wardrobe and drawers, while Bedroom Two offers twin beds (two singles), a wardrobe, drawers and a desk.
Outside there is a large shared garden, and at low tide the sea reveals long stretches of sand just beyond the pebble shoreline.
LOCAL AREA:
Ferring is a charming seaside village, there’s always activity without feeling overrun. There are relatively few tourists, offering quiet beaches, shallow waters and a wide stretch of sand at low tide, a paradise for watersports. Greenswards sit immediately behind the shingle above the beach, a great place to walk with popular cafes. There are plenty of good pubs, takeaways and restaurants nearby. Further afield you will find the seaside towns of Littlehampton, Worthing and of course the famous Brighton. A 10-minute drive north reveals the beauty of the South Downs National Park. The medieval Sussex town of Arundel is also just 7 miles up the road.

- One infant up to age 2 is welcome in addition to the total guest capacity of this property. Please bring your own cot, bedding and highchair etc.
- Accessibility: Outside half staircase to the front door (with bannister and standard height risers). One step (15cm) over the front door threshold. Inside half staircase to the inner front door (standard height risers, no bannister). Bathroom has a shower over bath, standard height bath.
