Summary: My third stay here whilst on business in the area. My wife and I had also eaten here a couple of weeks back whilst in the area, as we always do. Archie was very friendly and helpful at check in, as was his colleague behind the bar ( sorry ! I didn’t catch her name). I was in the Belle Suite this time, the room was lovely with all the amenities you’d expect - including a fridge, coffee machine and spacious, clean bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and once people and cars turning up or leaving the pub / restaurant had quietened down, a lovely quiet night. I’ll be staying again in a few weeks, this place never disappoints. Sitting by the river in the sunshine with a drink after my 4 hour drive was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you for another lovely stay. Dave RS
