On approximately 14 000 square meters there is an impregnable garden with pool and tennis court (tournament size). First floor: Large open bedroom with bathroom en suite overlooking the lower living room and another bedroom with two single beds. Basement: Two double bedrooms with common passage sharing a bathroom. The finca is ideal for two families with children.
Only about 3 kilometers away from the picturesque villages Costitx and Senecas lies the Finca Can Gall. You can expect not only a comfortable country house, but also a large pool (12 x 6 m, up to 2. 20 m deep) and a private tennis court 20 x 40 m / tournament size). The property is located quietly away from roads, but it can happen in unfavorable wind direction or changes in the flight movements that the aircraft noise is audible.
Equally attractive as the large garden with its cozy corners and large terraces (covered by the pool) presents the old country house itself. On the terrace at the house (with a large electric awning) you sit relaxed in the evening at the open barbecue. Even the overgrown with magnificent bougainvillea façade of the more than 200 square meters large historic building gives an idea that the guest expects a nice ambience inside. The open and spacious living room with up to seven meters high ceilings and a huge gallery has been lovingly furnished. You will also find this typical Mallorcan country house style in the open-plan kitchen and in the four cozy bedrooms. In the finca 6 guests have enough space.
In addition to the noteworthy amenities such as the large pool and its own tennis court, here in the tranquility of the center of the island on entertainment and contact with the outside world must not be waived. A large TV with German satellite program / Pay TV is missing just as little as a CD system, Bluetooth and an Internet connection via WLAN / satellite.
Should still wish to leave this beautiful property, so the way to the island capital or the sea is not far. After a drive of about 27 kilometers (just under 20 minutes) you are in Palma or on one of the many beaches that Mallorca has to offer.
On extended hikes through the fantastic nature or mountain bike tours in the Tramuntana mountains, the other side of the holiday island can be explored.
There are nice little cafes for snacks and very good restaurants in the surrounding area. Shops in the small villages and in the nearby town of Inca are sufficiently available.
There are two lovely cats on the finca. These were so spoiled by guests that they decided at some point to stay with us on the property. They are happy when you think about them. Food is available. Felix and Schnulli do not go home.
