The finca is located in the quiet, urban surroundings of Porreres and offers very nice views of the rolling hills and the countryside. The small country town is still very traditional and give a very good idea of Mallorcan life in the countryside. Take a rest in one of the small bars, on a shady square or a street side café and enjoy the slow pace of life here, which is so different from the buzz of the seaside resorts. There are shopping facilities and supermarkets in the centre, but also in nearby Campos, which is only 10 minutes drive away. By car, the popular beach of Es Trenc is in approx. 25 to 30 minutes reach, the old town of Palma in 35 minutes reach. The area around Porreres is a good training ground for cyclers and offers anything from easy to demanding routes in a very beautiful countryside.
On the ground floor of Finca Ponte is an open dining room that connects to the open spacious kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. There is also a TV room with DVD player, two twin bedrooms -beds together- and two separate shower rooms. On the first floor there is a living room with Satellite TV, closed wood stove and an adjacent toilet. The first floor counts with three double bedrooms with integrated open shower room.
