Beautiful home at the perfect location in Sylvan Beach. Located waterfront on Fish Creek, less than a half mile walk to all the Downtown activities, Oneida Lake, and public swimming beach. Jump off your private dock into the deep, crisp, clean water from the Adirondacks that flow into Fish Creek. No worries about green algae here, and no waves for safely docking your boats, mooring poles are there if needed, and the depth at dock is around 20 feet. Kayaking Fish Creek is beautiful, and a must do! We provide three kayaks & two beach bikes.
Bring your own boat, or rent one from The Cove, only a half mile away. Take a peaceful boat ride on the historic Erie Canal. Or its only a beautiful 10 minute (no wake) boat ride directly into the big lake, Oneida.
A peaceful part of Sylvan Beach, with out all the noise and traffic, but still reach all the fun, and unbeatable sunsets, with in a few minutes walk.
Told by locals right here at our dock is the best fishing location on the creek! Across the creek are hundreds of acres of pristine preserved open land. Great for bird watching & star gazing.
House has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Fully equipped with supplies, fresh linens and towels. Four cozy bedrooms with sound machines, two identical full sized bathrooms, two living rooms, large kitchen and dining, & two small pull out couches if you need extra space. (Bring extra linens if you plan on using the pull out couches).
Boat rentals, skis, wake boards, bikes and more are available to rent just down the road at Sylvan Beach Supply company (at The Cove), an easy 0.5 mile walk from the house! They also sell food, ice cream, and tons of supplies, propane, fire wood, beer, etc! Its brand new to the beach this year & definitely worth checking out!
Walk less than a mile walk to the bars, casino, amusement park, the public beach, live music, great waterfront restaurants & come back to relax on your peaceful private deck for the best fishing and star gazing.
Bring your yard games and enjoy the manicured lawn and water views. Grill out & have a fire in the fire pit.
Everything you need here in town, dollar general, groceries, beer & liquor, gift shops, super Walmart 15 mins away if needed.

Verona Beach State Park - 2 miles (beach, park, child’s water splash park).
Turning Stone Casino - 13 miles (Ts steakhouse is on the 21st floor, amazing food, amazing views).
Green Lakes State Park - 20 miles. (Bluest lake I’ve ever seen! Golf course here, disc golf, beach, swimming, & restaurant. Rent a clear bottom kayak here and explore the meromictic lake)!
Chittenango Falls - 20 miles (beautiful large waterfall).
*****PET POLICY: DOGS ONLY. Max 2 dogs. No pit bulls or aggressive breads, sorry, (insurance reasons within the village). Please only well behaved dogs. We have a lot of boat traffic during the summer, so if your dog likes to bark constantly at / boats / cars / people / please reconsider. We have a doggy door, for up to 50lb pups, and a wonderful fenced in yard, and now our dock is also fully fenced, so you and your furry friends can lounge waterside.
Please, do not leave your pup unattended at the property.
