The flat house is located in the village of Desná in the Jizera Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the St Mary's Staircase, which takes you to Marianska Hora, the dam break, the Bílá Desná cascades, the Černá Říčka ski resort and the Černá Desná waterfalls. The flat house offers many possibilities in winter, but also in the summer months and all year round.

The flat offers its guests accommodation on the first floor, where there is a common room and a baby playroom, flat no. 1 and flat no. 3.

We are still working on improving the surroundings of the house so that you can have a good time with us. Russian cones and a sandpit are now open outside. As well as in summer months a big bouncy castle for the children.

Opposite the flat house there is a natural swimming pool (White Desná cascades), where you can rent sunbeds or chairs free of charge. The cascades are beautiful, clean, where you can draw energy and peace from natural nooks and crannies, hearing only the sound of water.

OUTDOOR AREA OF THE ACCOMMODATION (garden): In the garden we can currently offer you a professional bouncy castle (size 4.5 mx 4.5 m) - available at any time, outdoor fireplace, portable outdoor barbecue, deckchairs, Russian skittles, sandpit... Opposite the house are beautiful cascades through which the Bílá Desná River flows, where you can swim in the summer months or relax and listen to the sound of the water. It is possible to rent a children's pool with a diameter of 120 cm and a height of 30 cm. WINTER: Cross-country ski trails directly in front of the house. Smaller ski lifts, where your children can easily learn to ski, are 500 metres away. Opposite the lift is a ski jump. 5 minutes by car from the "Black River" ski area. At a distance of about 3.5 km (10 minutes by car) there is a larger ski resort Tanvaldský Špičák, another ski resort ,, Příchovice u Čápa'', Rejdice, for more information on info wall in house. Also worth mentioning are the various waterfalls, cascades in the area and a truly incredible peace and enchanting nature. Spring, summer, autumn: cycling routes, lookout towers and viewpoints nearby, dams, settlements, Sapphire Creek, waterfalls and cascades, museums, military bunkers, glassworks nearby, castle, bike park, scooter rides, zoo, bobsleigh tracks and more. The transport links to the accommodation are very good in winter and the road is well maintained.
