You will be charmed in this peaceful and comfortable place. The condo is located near the Saint-Lawrence River with a view of the mountains on the other side and a few minutes from the Sainte-Anne Basilica and Mont Sainte-Anne. Nearby, you will also find a great microbrewery. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay with nearby amenities and access to the river.
This condo was renovated in 2023 and is our most luxurious. You can enjoy an open space to relax with friends. Have a good time sitting at the bar, a drink in your hand while watching the fireplace while other friends play a game of pool. The whirlpool bath and the multi-jet shower (including the rain shower) also allow you to really relax.
This unit is accessible on the ground floor. You enter a large open space where you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. Prepare your favorite dishes in this beautiful full kitchen with a bar island, a propane fireplace and of course a large dining table. In the living room, you have a sectional sofa that turns into a bed, a television, as well as a superb pool table.
To accommodate 8 people, the condo offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The king bed is located in a private bedroom. The double bed is in a room communicating (no door) to the bedroom containing the queen bed.
Do not hesitate to head to the edge of our banks to breathe the fresh air of the river, to contemplate the view in the hammock or to make a fire.

Summary: The outdoor area by the river was a complete dump with overgrown grass and overflowing garbage bins. No wood for outdoor fire. Inside the condo looked promising but the AC was not working and the windows are permanently closed shut (fire hazard). Also, the outlet in the main bedroom had a burning smell when something was plugged in. (another fire hazard). Food garbage was under the couch. No property manager was onsite to address our issues- esp the AC during the extreme heat wave. He would answer our messages but told us to go buy a fan ! If we had a true effort to address our issues, this review would be different. All things considered, I would not recommend this property due to misrepresentation and dealing with corporate owners.
