An 8-ft. deep shared swimming pool is provided for excellent swimming and sun-bathing.
A picnic area is also provided. Barbeque grill and picnic table. Enjoy nature watching includes dolphins, manatees, eagles, pelicans, and other local wildlife.

Summary: It was perfect for us. Loved it from the minute we walked through the tropical plants to the intercostal view. The pool house was spacious, airy, clean and comfy. The dock for fishing, chairs for reading, chaises for sunbathing, kayaks, picnic table and grill were all used. Property is close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants and the beaches. Danny and Yelana were so welcoming and helpful. We loved it and will be back.
