This gorgeous 2,000+ sq ft home is finished luxuriously with a large peninsula kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a dining bar. House includes a coffee machine, ice cream maker, and stand mixer for the avid baker.
Couples Trip? Sleeps 4 couples comfortably: ALL King Beds, ALL En-Suite rooms with private bathroom.
Family Trip with kids? Sleeps 12 Comfortably with double bunk beds in the Kids suite!
Past the oversized kitchen table & family room you'll find a covered screen porch spans the entire width of the house. Each of the four en-suite bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms. Upstairs, just off the largest bedroom, is a pergola-covered sun deck perfect for watching the sunset.
Delightful tropical gardens surround the house, plus a dining & outdoor entertainment area under the first floor with a Dual Fuel Charcoal and Gas Grill and ping pong. Heated pool & spa, perfect for relaxing in the sun, close to the beach access points, and the state preserve entrance for miles of sandy Gulf beaches and nature trails to explore.
Enjoy a margarita at the TIKI BAR, while Dad grills up some freshly caught fish and the kids swim. Play some ping pong, challenge your friends to a game of bags, or lay out on a pool lounge chair.
TWO LIFTED GOLF CARTS are included for cruising around the island!
