Summary: As the previous review stated, the master bed sags badly in the middle. With 2 people in the bed, you slide to the middle. I agree with the owners response to the post that the mattress is newer. However, a quick glance under the bed would reveal the box spring is broken and a cross member is protruding. There was only one coffee cup in the house which made it difficult for everyone to have coffee. The owners appeared to flip the house and the finishes were a bit rough. Most concerning was the fiberglass insulation that was packed into the AC return intake. It potentially blows fiberglass insulation fibers around the house. The AC worked but would not shut off at the set temperature and would continue to run until turned off manually. Last, the bathroom is a Jack and Jill style so if someone uses it at night it’s a bit loud for those staying in the master.
