All of the bedrooms exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated in the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.
The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring two single beds (0,90x2,00) with direct access to a terrace with comfy sitting. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin
The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, the first bedroom features a king size bed (1,80x2,00). The second bedroom features two single beds (0,90x2,00) lightened with natural light from the windows. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. A family bathroom is also available on the first floor featuring a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

Enjoy the comforts and convenience of this summer house set in a well equipped outdoor area. Take a dip in the outdoor 20m2 private swimming pool (1,40 deep), embellished with sun beds and umbrellas. For your outmost convenience there is also an outdoor shower available.
Adjacent to the villa next to the pool there is a shaded dining area with BBQ facilities (gas) with fridge & sink, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for one car & two more on the public road . Fotinou Villa is located in a small village of Fotinos, a beautiful picturesque village next to Armeni. Fotinos is in the beautiful natural landscape and you can enjoy the high green countryside. The position nearby beaches of Rethymno and Plakias within 10 to 20 minutes driving make this summer house the perfect place for a memorable holiday.
The village is located between Plakiás and Rethymno and it is a traditional village, 12km from Rethymno town, and 20 km from Preveli beach, also known as Preveli palm forest, one of the most famous beaches of southern Crete.
Armeni village ( 10 minutes driving from the villa) offers all the necessary amenities such as pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, café, restaurant, bar and traditional gifts shops.
Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
